Use of interactive videos, each character is able to converse with the visitors, share interesting titbits about the area’s history and recommend a Chinatown experience to visit.

Visitors are directed to one of them based on their conversation with the characters, and a map will be dispensed that lets them enjoy special perks at some of the locations.
